10 QUESTIONS TO … PAIGEBACKSTAGE

Hi gang,
I am back with a new part of ’10 QUESTIONS TO…”
This time I asked music blogger Paige from PaigeBackstage to answer these questions (you can check out the first one I did with my friend Olivia here).
You can read more about Paige’s music taste on her blog, watch her youtube channel for everything music and vinyl related, or check out her Instagram and Twitter.

I hope you guys enjoy this and thank you again to Paige for doing this!

1. What type of music do you listen to the most?
It’s hard to say, especially now that I have Spotify. I switch between different playlists with totally different vibes. I think I’d have to say “alternative” though.

2. Top 10 favorite albums
I’m putting these in no specific order because it’s WAY too hard!
The 1975 – I Like It When You Sleep…
Green Day – American Idiot
Pierce The Veil – Selfish Machines
Brand New – The Devil And God…
My Chemical Romance – Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge
Twenty One Pilots – Vessel
Billy Talent – Billy Talent II
Jonas Brothers – A Little Bit Longer
The Maine – Pioneer
Ryan Adams & The Cardinals – Cardinology

3. Top 10 favorite songs
omg you’re KILLING ME HERE
The Maine – Ice Cave
The 1975 – She’s American
Billy Talent – Pins And Needles
Halsey – Is There Somewhere
OMC – How Bizarre
Bring Me The Horizon – Follow You
Can’t Swim – Right Choice
Civil Twilight – Letters From The Sky
Half Moon Run – Turn Your Love
Tor Miller – Carter & Cash

4. Best soundtracks
I don’t listen to a lot of soundtracks tbh, but I’m gonna have to go with Shrek

5. If you could only listen to three albums for the rest of your life, which ones would you choose and why?
Honestly…I’d choose both “Pioneer” and “American Candy” by The Maine, and then the Jonas Brothers’ “A Little Bit Longer”. Each album has songs for every mood, and they all have the nostalgia factor that will never let them get old to me.

6. Songs that always change your mood
I can’t listen to Nana by The 1975 without bawling my eyes out.

7. How many CD’s and records do you own?
Oh yikes. About 200 records (at last count) and probably close to 100 CDs. And 4 cassettes. And a whole bunch of 7 inch/10 inch records as well.

8. Favorite lyrics
Literally every word that’s ever been put on paper by Tyler Joseph, Matty Healy, or John O’Callaghan. I couldn’t even write them all down, it would take up more space than is available on the internet.

9. Songs you wish were about you
There aren’t any existing songs that I wish were about me, but I wish someone would ACTUALLY write a song about me.

10. Songs you want people to listen to
Listen to “Ice Cave” and “American Candy” by The Maine, “Americanarama” by Hollerado, “If This Tour Doesn’t Kill You, I Will” by PUP, and “Cirice” by Ghost.
